How Gamestop and EBgames makes there Money!

I saw this and my eyes opened up!!!! What the heck. So what I did next? I called my local Gamestop and EBgames and just question him and I told him why is the new copy of Dragon Quest is less than a used one. He could not give me a stright response. So I guess thats why when I always head to my local Gamestop or EBgames they always want are asking me if I have anything I will like to trade-in today.
