Dead Rising Ships Over 1 Million, Sequels Planned
GamesIndustry.biz is reporting that Capcom's Dead Rising has shipped (not sold) over 1 million copies worldwide.
Capcom's executive vice-president and head of consumer software Mark Beaumont had the following to say: "When you're at the front-end of a hardware cycle, people are willing to take more of an experiment in what games they'll try. Bringing out Dead Rising has allowed us to establish a new franchise that we can use for years to come."
More zombie killing action? We're sold already (okay, maybe just me).

I wish they'd port it to the PC with a better save system.
